Ok well this is what i do and jst did last week. no matter where u live go on ebay..its cheap and u can get almost anythiung you need...i jst ordered 2 way nail polish, and nail art rhinestones and like under 20 bucks!
Nope, just go to your local beauty supply store or CVS/Rite-Aid.
